Check-in and check-out

For the comfort of all guests, HRC “Tsarevka” has established the following check-in procedure:

Check-in — from 16:00.
Check-out — until 11:00.
The reception is open 24/7.

If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please inform the administration in advance in any convenient way. This will allow us to keep your booking until the agreed arrival time.

If a guest does not arrive by 18:00 on the day of arrival, a non-guaranteed booking is automatically cancelled without additional notice, and the room becomes available for other guests.

If you want to guarantee check-in to the room you selected, please make payment according to the tariff plan and send us payment confirmation.

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the Hotel and Restaurant premises.

HRC “Tsarevka” is a place for family recreation, so we care about the comfort of children and non-smoking guests.

We appreciate your respect for our rules and for other visitors of the complex.

Breakfasts

Breakfasts are served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 in the restaurant of HRC “Tsarevka”.

You can choose from several set breakfast options, the most popular of which are:

American;
English;
European;
Italian.

All dishes are prepared immediately before serving.

The current restaurant menu is available via the QR code at the hotel or on our website.

It is also possible to order dishes from the main menu.

Pool

During the summer season, a pool recreation area is available for guests.

Available services include:

a large pool;
a children's pool;
comfortable sun loungers;
restaurant service near the pool.

Please follow the rules for safe pool use and the recommendations of the staff.

Children may stay near the pool only under constant adult supervision.

The accompanying persons are responsible for the life and health of children.

Restaurant

The restaurant of HRC “Tsarevka” offers Ukrainian, European, Italian and Japanese cuisine.

Here you can:

have breakfast;
have lunch;
have dinner;
celebrate a birthday;
hold a corporate event, banquet or wedding.

Please note that consumption of your own food and drinks in the restaurant, on summer terraces and in the pool area is not allowed.

Parking

Free parking is available for guests of the complex.

Please leave vehicles only in designated places and follow the traffic rules on the territory of the complex.

The parking area is not guarded.

The administration of HRC “Tsarevka” is not responsible for the safety of vehicles or for items and valuables left inside vehicles.

Staying with pets

Staying with pets is possible only by prior agreement with the administration of the complex.

The service is provided for an additional fee according to the current price list.

The pet owner is fully responsible for the pet's behavior, compliance with sanitary rules and compensation for possible damage caused to the property of the complex or to other guests.

Guest responsibility

We sincerely strive to make every guest's stay comfortable and safe.

During your stay on the territory of HRC “Tsarevka”, please treat the property of the complex with care, respect other guests and follow the established rules.

Visitors are personally responsible for:

the safety of their own belongings, documents and other valuables;
careful use of the property of HRC “Tsarevka”;
compensation for damage in case of damage to the property of the complex;
their own life and health;
the life, health and safety of children under their supervision.

The administration of HRC “Tsarevka” is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
